By accessing or using CBC, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. This governs your use of the CBC website, CBC YouTube Channel, аnd the оther аssосiаted аррliсаtiоns, рrоduсts, website аnd serviсes managed by the Соmраny. :

 

  1. You must be at least 15 years old to become a CBC member. By creating a CBC account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself and to keep this information up-to-date. You also agree not to create an account for anyone else without their permission.

  2. CBC provides a range of career advancement services, including career assessment, personalized career coaching, resume and cover letter writing, job search strategies, interview coaching, and professional development resources. These services are available to CBC members on a subscription basis. CBC reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of the CBC services at any time without notice.

  3. You agree to use CBC services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. You agree not to use CBC services to harass, defame, abuse, or threaten others, or to send unsolicited messages or spam. You also agree not to interfere with CBC services, or to attempt to access them using a method other than the interface and instructions that CBC provides.

  4. All content on CBC, including text, graphics, images, platform, website and software, is the property of CBC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of CBC content without CBC's prior written consent.

  5. CBC reserves the right to terminate your CBC membership and access to CBC services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including without limitation, breach of these terms and conditions.

CBC services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation any warranty for information, services, uninterrupted access, or products provided through or in connection with CBC, including without limitation the software licensed to CBC and the results obtained through the use of CBC. CBC does not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free. In no event shall CBC be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use CBC services, including but not limited to, loss of data or profit, or any other damages arising out of or in connection with CBC services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

 

Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

T&C Pay after placement

Terms and Conditions: Free Members

1.    Program Details:
•    Program Name: Get Trained Pay After Placement Program
•    Program Duration: 1 Year
•    Program Services: The Provider offers placement drives
2.    Financial Terms:
•    Tuition Fee: No tuition fee is required to enrol in the Pay After Placement Program without Training.
•    Payment Trigger: Your payment obligations commence upon securing suitable employment, as evidenced by receipt of a formal offer letter/selection email.
•    Payment Amount: Upon receiving the offer letter, you agree to pay Rs. 7999/- with the Provider as a one-time payment.
3.    Reporting and Verification:
•    Offer Letter Submission: You agree to promptly provide a copy of the offer letter as evidence of employment.
•    Verification: The Provider may verify the authenticity of the offer letter and employment details.
4.    Rights and Responsibilities:
•    Rights of the Provider: The Provider may modify or terminate the Pay After Placement Program at any time.
•    Responsibilities of the Student: You agree to actively participate in the training programs, complete required coursework, and make efforts to secure suitable employment.
•    Confidentiality: The Parties agree to keep information received from each other confidential, except as required by law or with written consent.
5.    Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:
•    Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of [Insert Governing Law].
•    Dispute Resolution: Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or binding arbitration.
By signing below, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of the Income Sharing Agreement for the Pay After Placement Program.

Terms and Conditions: Premium Members

1.    Program Details:
•    Program Name: Get Trained Pay After Placement Program
•    Program Duration: 1 Year
•    Program Services: The Provider offers training programs, including personality development, resume development, interview preparation, career guidance, and related services.
2.    Financial Terms:
•    Tuition Fee: Rs. 999/- tuition fee is required to enrol in the Pay After Placement Program.
•    Payment Trigger: Your payment obligations commence upon securing suitable employment, as evidenced by receipt of a formal offer letter/selection.
•    Payment Amount: Upon receiving the offer letter, you agree to pay Rs. 7999/- with the Provider as a one-time payment.

T&c Placement policy

Terms and Conditions: Placement Policy

  1. One Student One Job:

    • Placement opportunity is available to all eligible and registered students.

    • The first verbal/written job offer received by a student is considered binding and accepted, regardless of the company, job profile, or salary offered.

    • Once a student is selected by a company, they are not allowed to participate in any other campus drives organized by us*.

    • The objective is to ensure equal job opportunities for every student and prevent a few students from consuming all available jobs.

  2. Multiple Jobs/Higher Packages Policy (Note 1):

    • A student may have a maximum of 2 job offers*.

    • Case 1: If the current offer is between 4 to 7.99 LPA (CTC), the student can participate in campus drives of companies offering (Current package x 2).

    • Case 2: If the current offer is between 8 to 14.99 LPA (CTC), the student can participate in campus drives of companies offering {(Current Package x 2) - 1}.

    • Case 3: If the current offer is 15 LPA (CTC) & above, the student is not allowed to participate in any further campus drives.

  3. Multiple Offers for Core Specialisation (Note 2):

    • A student may have a maximum of 2 job offers*.

    • All cases mentioned in Note 1 apply.

    • A core specialisation student with an offer from an IT or multi-speciality company can participate in campus drives of any core specialisation, irrespective of the salary package offered.

    • A core branch student placed in a core specialisation company can participate in campus drives of other core companies, following the cases mentioned in Note 1.

  4. Pre-Placement Talk (PPT) Attendance:

    • Candidates expressing willingness to participate in recruitment drives must attend the PPT on the designated day.

    • Failure to attend the PPT for more than 3 occasions may result in blacklisting** from CBC Jobs.

  5. Joining Related Issues:

    • Joining schedule is at the discretion of the company and market scenario.

    • Students must join on time as per the communication received from the company.

    • Early joining cases require an NOC from the student's university/college.

    • CBC is not responsible for selection cancellations or placement holds by companies.

    • Students must manage leave of absence to fulfill academic requirements.

  6. Modification of Rules:

    • CBC Jobs reserves the right to modify any or all of the above-mentioned rules and procedures as necessary or in the best interest of the students.
